SHIPPING INFORMATION

COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.


SHIPPING OVERVIEW

We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $499! Any order below this amount will be charged a flat rate of $14.99.

Our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouses in Europe or North America. We perform weekly audits of our inventory to ensure our product quality is of the highest standard.


SHIPPING TIMES

Due to covid the shipping time might be delayed of 3-5 business days

US, Australia, EU, and UK orders take 5-7 business days to arrive.
For other international orders, it can take between 7-25 business days for your product to arrive, depending on where you live.

Please also note that if your purchased item is on pre-order, it may take longer to arrive at your doorsteps due to manufacturing delays. Most pre-ordered products will take about 30 business days to ship.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our handling time usually takes about 2 business days and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners after they have passed the Quality & Performance Inspection*. Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world.

*The Quality & Performance Inspection consists of a variety of tests conducted on the product to ensure its proper functionality before leaving the Cellu facility. Our customer experience is a #1 priority, so undergoing this inspection phase will increase our customer satisfaction knowing their product is arriving in top condition.

If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. In peak periods please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

*All international shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.


ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order here. Your tracking will start showing information once it gets scanned by our shipping company.

If your tracking is not showing information, please wait 2-4 days before trying to track your package again. If your package is showing information but it is not updating, your package is making its way to your country and will be updated once it is picked up by your local postal office. CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES

Customs taxes and duties are regulated by your government and postal office. As per our shipment policy, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties/taxes.


OTHER

We sometimes ship your order in separate packages to optimize delivery times and to meet weight restrictions. Please refer to your tracking codes to see when your other items are going to be delivered to you.
